"IT'S
VEGELICIOUS" COOKING WORKSHOPS FOR BUSY PEOPLE
This one-day workshop involves interactive
sessions on constitutions, spicing techniques, menu
design,
and catering for special needs diets (e.g. gluten and
dairy free).
Yogic approaches to food preparation are integrated and
put into practice as we cook and share a delicious
vegetarian lunch together.
Learning takes place in a fun, relaxed atmosphere,
facilitating a positive shared experience.
The workshops run between 9am - 4pm and are conducted in
safe, well-equipped community-centre kitchens. Numbers
are limited to a maximum of 15 participants, who receive
a resource folder with recipes, menus and notes.
Regular workshops are being held in Canberra, on the
South Coast of NSW and in the Illawarra region.
